The absolutely worst hotel stay. They are remodeling- the catch all excuse. I could clearly hear the people in the next room talking. Foot steps from the room above. Nothing is guest ready. Everything is closed. NO FRENCH VANILLA CREAMER , NO BREAKFAST. NO FITNESS ROOM, NO POOL. NO SERVICE. I called the front desk 15 times and was put on endless hold. I went down to the desk again and again. The clerk was talking (helping) the same customer for 4 hours. My company paid for me to stay here. I told them I would quit if they ever sent me here again. They should Request a refund. All the other guest that I talked to were also unhappy. I get better service at a Ramada.

New, very nice and clean! Good free breakfast! Couple restaurants across street such as Outback and a local seafood restaurant - walking distance. We ate at Outback and was great! Easy access on/off I-35.

The hotel was great but the front desk staff was great. When I checked in I could tell the person was in training but the woman Izzy was so patient and helpful, it was just wonderful to see. Kudos Izzy and holiday inn for hiring such amazing people.
