Excellent stay! We were in town for a wedding and chose this location for our two night stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the pleasant front desk manager and welcomed. Check-in was easy, and we were encouraged to contact the front desk if we forgot anything. Our room was clean and very comfortable. No plumbing issues, good shower pressure. Cable worked great. Breakfast was great, large variety of hot & cold items, including making your own waffles - regular or cinnamon; and the food area was kept clean. The pool & fitness areas were clean and well organized, we didn't use either. The hotel was very clean overall and nicely decorated. The elevator worked great. When checking out this morning, the very nice, courteous man promptly checked us out and thanked us for our stay. We were Very happy with our decision to stay here, if we're in the area again, this will be our first choice if they're not sold out! The hotel is conveniently located off I35!! Rooms: Very clean & comfortable. No plumbing issues, great shower pressure. Nearby activities: "The District" was aprox. three miles away where the wedding we attended was located. Restaurants, HyVee grocery store, and several gas stations nearby. Walkability: Business in the area you could walk to.

Highly recommend this hotel. We have traveled the majority of our weekends for sporting events the last three years, and this has been one of our best experiences by far. The rooms are clean, great location & price, and service has been top notch. Lori, the front desk manager, has gone out of her way to make it the best it can be. We will definitely be back.
