        Finally called after an hour passed with no progress on a delivery order. Staff said they were out of wings and wouldn't make my order so I should cancel. Why they didn't cancel the order or update me made no sense. Turns out the lobby is closed, so they are lying to customers to get them to cancel because the drive thru line was backed up. My driver waited for 2 hours then delivered food, which included the items the store said were out of stock. This is after I had already initiated canceling the order and bought more food from another place. Complete mess. Never again!
