I cannot sing Richard's praises enough. My computer was having strange lighting issues that caused me to be unable to change the brightness. I have an uncommon laptop brand, and Richard was able to deduce that I needed brand-specific software and drivers to regain full functionality, even after a complete wipe and restart of the computer. As soon as he reinstalled it my issues were fixed. I know he had to really dig to find this answer, and that he did is absolutely fantastic. HIGHLY recommend his service for computer needs. Friendly, reasonable, and willing to share his knowledge and solutions (he gave me the link to the driver he had to reinstall in case anything ever happened again!)

Richard has phenomenal service for more than a fair price. He has and always will be my go-to man for any tech-related issues and is always kind and helpful. Richard went out of his way to provide me with a spare part for my laptop from his own collection to keep it running while we waited for the replacement to be delivered. Would recommend 100%.
