Quick and easy! Took care of everything. Gave some recommendations for extra repairs based on diagnostic work but weren't pushy about add ons at all. Very slick quoting and diagnostic process via text made it way easier to get it taken care of during a busy work day as well.

I have used them several times in last few years but never again. Was told immediately when calling they are under new ownership and things are changing. Was quoted 160.00 more than the dealership for work to be done and also was advised it should have another 200 flush with the work. The dealership stated the flush should never be done and would be a waste of time. It seems as through new ownership is going to be running up the bills. Too bad it used to be a good place to go.

I can't begin to express my disappointment with these guys. I've been a loyal customer for over 30 years and have always found them to be honest and extremely trustworthy. Not anymore. Charged $165 for diagnosis and ultimately diagnosed nothing. I got a code reader and solved the problem. Ignition coil. I'm done with them.
