        Been very good, with Madeline at the helm. This has been our First Apartment, in nearly 46years, and it's Awesome. I would recommend Redwood to anyone. The maintenance workers are Great, but I feel it's with the kindness and Guidance of Madeline. Don't allow her to get away.

        Great management and maintenance team. Things are taken care of asap. Usually a day or two. I love living here. Very peaceful, quiet neighborhood.

        My space is great for me and my occasional college student daughter and my small dog. I love having my own entry, garage & patio space also. Everyone is very friendly and response to any maintenance issues is always quick.
