        Last week on a Friday afternoon, my son was headed to Ames to pick up his brother to bring him back home. His alternator failed on the highway about 50 miles outside of Ames. I managed to get it towed to En-Tire after talking with Jeff multiple times that afternoon. They were the only shop I could find that was open on Saturday to do the work. Jeff was so nice in calming down a dad who was freaking out that his kid was going to be stuck all weekend with no car. Jeff managed to get the part first thing Saturday morning, and even stayed a bit past their closing time on Saturday afternoon to get the car working again. I highly recommend working with these guys.

        Called and set up an appointment for alignment, took off work early. Show up and they tell me they cant do my appointment due to the machine being broken for over a week, my appointment was made while the machine was broke. Never got a call ahead of time to inform me that my appointment wouldnt be available.
