I highly recommend Ames West Side Storage! I'm new to this process, but Steve responded to my online inquiry within minutes and quickly answered all of my questions. The online kiosk made accessing the space extremely easy. We were very impressed with the cleanliness and security of the facility. Excellent instructions & tips for first time-renters were posted in the space for reference. We moved out mid-month and I automatically received a refund of my deposit less than 24 hours after cleaning out our unit. Thank you for making this such an easy and worry-free process!

Kind, honest staff, great to work with -- clean, well-kept storage. 10/10 would recommend. Finding decent storage units in Ames, IA is a rather a competitive experience. I was able to call Steve at Ames West Side Storage, rent a unit over the phone, and access the unit when I was ready. I was so thankful to have it while transitioning apartments over the summer. And if you have any issues, he lives near by and will come to your aid quickly. Thanks so much, Steve! I'm grateful to know there are still decent and honest businesses around!
