I have different size feet and require a specific fit and style. For over a decade this family owned store has provided the most friendly and helpful service I have experienced at any shoe store, in fact, at any store. Having moved from Ames, the Emerhoff family is still caring for me from a long distance. As I told them today, I was excited to receive my favorite shoes in the mail from my favorite shoe store.

I bought some Florsheim dress shoes from here recently and they are high quality and very comfortable. Actually the most comfortable dress shoes I've owned so far. They have burnished shoes which I have not seen in most branded shoes stores. Its a great shoes store!
