Hunziker Property Management

My daughter and I moved into a Hunziker Property back in June 2018. Lisa Nady (FAVORITE REALTOR) sold our home in Nevada in record time. Fortunately, we were able to move into our unit the beginning of June, which most everyone knows is almost impossible with ISU Turnover. We've had the BEST experience with EVERYONE at Hunziker & Associates; as well Hunziker Property Management. JoAnna Anderson is by far the most kind, understanding, professional, spunky Property Manager anyone could ask for. Maintenance let's just say they're TOP NOTCH. I think they might have ESP, especially Jeff Yetter and Jairus Ely, because ANYTIME we have had any issues, it seems to be fixed before we even request assistance. And, for that we are extremely grateful. I think everyone deserves a BIG raise for their service and overall demeanor. Gabriella and I truly appreciate every one at Hunziker & Associates! Thank you all!!

Horrible, cheap company! The secretary (lady who picked up) Kerry Houk acted like I was pulling teeth asking her questions. Why would I lease a home with this poorly represented and managed company? Im going elsewhere.

I currently rent from Hunziker and I highly recommend renting from them. They take great care of the building and if I have a maintenance request they come quickly and fix the issue. They are very friendly and helpful.
