I had a great experience with Kate today. I hold a lot of tension in my body but she ensured I felt comfortable and relaxed for the duration of my massage. It was clear she really cared about my bodys needs and was only there to help, not judge or speculate. Im already looking forward to my next massage with her. Thank you, Kate :)

Just had another massage with Kate, and it was amazing! Such a relaxing experience during the massage and much needed relief!! I recently hurt my back, so my mid back was super tight and sore, but after the massage, I feel so good!! I highly recommend Kneading Relief Massage Therapy!!!
