He allowed time for me to ask questions and do a little reminiscing when something he told me triggered a memory of a story my late husband had told. Telling Brad gave me a chuckle and really brightened my day. I never felt rushed during the 40 minute phone call. I usually don't do reviews. Brad deserves one! Thank you Brad!!
