Iridium CrossFit

Prior to Iridium CrossFit I was going through the motions of the same workout routine I have done for the past 4 years. All I did was power lift and I struggled outside of the gym doing things I love like mountain biking. Iridium has sparked my love for working out again with amazing coaches, gym and workout program. I can feel myself gaining functional strength, flexibility and endurance.

Iridium CrossFit is a very welcoming place. From the day I started, everyone knows me by name and have welcomed me into their gym. I would recommend trying them out!

Could not recommend Iridium CrossFit enough! Love the atmosphere and community! All the coaches are very knowledgeable and have every athletes best interest in mind. Ive gone through a few health crisis and have come back to the gym where everyone has open arms and is always cheering each other on!

I love Iridium CrossFit!! Its home to me. The coaches are great. The workouts are easily scaled or modified to fit your needs and abilities. You will not find a better group of people anywhere else.
