        Unfortunately I can not say I had a good experience at Banker's Trust - the service was so poor, often times I could not get anyone to answer an email or phone call, and many of the policies are not in favor of the customer.

        Very pleasant experience so far. Bit of a hiccup setting things up, but technology can be a fickle mistress. Dustin got me squared away and took the time to explain things to me and even took the extra time to find out the things I needed to know 100% for certain by checking on transactions of similar accounts to make sure I wouldn't run into issues. He also assured me personally if I had any issues he would remedy the issue himself. Now that is what I call customer service! From the initial phone call where he told me to give his name when I came in, to following through despite having to call another office due to computer issues, and finally having to do my application process from scratch, oui! Thanks Dustin!!
