        Stay away for repairing truck and trailer it is one of expensive place for repairing they charge me 4 hour for only brake adjustment almost $679 but still it is not fixed yet

        awasone service snd people. they did their best to make me rolling on the roads again. they fixed my trucks electric issue very fast. and the bill was very cheap. highly recommmended, go there truckers!

        We had a great experience at Iowa Truck and Trailer. Had some minor repairs done on a Saturday. The repairs run a little after closing time but these guys hung in and finished it. We greatly appreciated it. Skyler Higgins was the service/parts manager he chased down parts for us and picked them up. He definitely goes above and beyond to serve the customer. He is Definitely a great asset for the Iowa Truck and Trailer team. And thanks to Kirk for getting it all done. If your in the area around Altoona Iowa give Skyler a chance to help out.

      Sorry that you felt the experience you had was not to your expectations. You were charged for the time and materials that were required to address your problem. Unfortunately, no job is the same and it was not just a simple adjustment. Our repair procedures are to diagnose, figure out what caused the problem, verify the complaint, and then fix the problem to the extent the customer authorizes. Your complaint was that the hubs were getting hot, they were due to the brakes being locked up after it had been in another shop for repairs. After our repair they were not locked up and the hubs were not getting hot. Trucks and trailers are mechanical and when one problem is fixed doesn’t mean that something else can’t go wrong.
