Steven was great to work with. Quick response to every question and lightning fast showing appointments. If it wasnt for the fast showing appointment, I would still be looking for a home! Steven walked me through every aspect of buying my first home. Being a Widow brings new challenges. Buying a new house is nerve wracking for anyone. Buying it alone is beyond frightening. But Steven put my mind at ease and didnt overload me with information. Steven is extremely knowledgeable about the structure and regulations associated with a home and will tell you if something is a bit off. Steven being a past inspector in construction shares that knowledge and is an added value to his abilities.
