        Went to this store around 12:00 on 9.1.23 and they had 4 to 5 employees and not one of them waited on me or asked if I needed helped. Walked out and didn't purchase anything. Will go to another store but sure in the hell will not use the Altoona store.

        Not a specific comment on this store but one for whomever is the regional manager. Understood that there is a paint shortage and supplies are limited, but there are 10 brick and mortar SW stores in the Des Moines area. Wouldn't it make sense to have one or two stores open and consolidate inventory instead of your customers having to go to three, sometimes four stores to get the right or enough paint? Every time I need paint, I have the same ordeal- asking the counter person to track down paint never helps, inventory is always off somewhere and having only one person at the counter wastes everyone's time. So frustrating.
