I used to go to this daycare and it was my whole childhood though there was a bit of drama between some of the kids but other than that it was amazing! They had great food during the summer and it was so fun to go to the pool with my friends. Some of the friends I made here are the best ones I have! Also the staff is amazing though we did get a bad teacher once in a while most of them where so caring and nice ( btw I went here when I was like 4-5 and only stopped going there when I was in 4th grade because of Covid) also sorry for the wired profile name its an old account from when I was younger

I gave this business one-star only because I didn't have the option of zero. My grandson loves going to daycare (normally), and loves all people. But he cried every time he had to go to this daycare. After giving notice, and removing my grandson from this daycare my daughter attempted to get their tax ID number for taxes. She was told she had a balance for not giving adequate notice and they would not give the ID number. "Miss" Tracy was rude to our accountant that called attempting to get the information. I wouldn't recommend this daycare for an animal I hated yet alone a child I love.

Altoona Kids World is a great day care center! The staff their genuinely cares. They treat my son as their own. I couldn't ask for a better place to take care of him. Update 3 years later: Altoona kids world is still amazing. They have helped shape my childs future and take pride in everything they do.

I agree with Sam S. I have experienced this as well, and later found out that complaints had been filed against them with DHS. It is not an environment I want my child in all day. 8th Street childcare in Altoona is amazingly better. The difference is night and day. I would suggest 8th Street, but they are constantly full and for good reason! They came with high recommendations from DHS.
