Very personable and friendly staff here. Been banking here for years and love the hospitality and banking options available. Rachel and Sue are tremendous help with any questions or concerns you may have.

Very poor overall experience with this bank. From the manager to the tellers I wasnt being properly assisted, trying to explain my situation only made them less helpful. Not an environment that I want to be a part of at all. This is a people first profession, please better assist your member in the future.

I have had nothing but problem after problem with this bank. And by problems I mean my accounts were getting hacked(every year due to their poor security), other people's accounts were close to the numbers of mine and somehow I got charged $4,000 for cows. Yes I said cows. I have not gone a full year with out being hacked. The return interest is a joke. The people there are a joke. When I went to close out all of my accounts because I felt that keeping my money in a mattress would be safer, they didn't ask why. They did not care. This was the first bank I have ever had and the bank that I am at now has treated me with more customer service than Bank Iowa. This place had my first ever account and they have taught me when not to put up with. If I could give 0 stars you bet I would.
