Update: when did snow removal become something they don't manage. Nothing worse then watching elderly out shoveling their cars out when they pay for maintenance free. Shameful, especially with more snow coming. Ice everywhere. Just great for emt and ambulance drivers too. Maybe the ombudsman of Iowa needs contacted. For a management company they are lacking, they don't make sure work is done, they think other renters should pick up the lack of income if they don't rent out other apartments that are sitting empty because they aren't ready and advertised due to their lack of managing preparations by their handyman. They don't take complaints seriously and renters are singled out if they do make valid complaints. Maybe they have too many to manage and can't handle it, maybe it's all about the money and not actually managing. Don't bother calling up and talking to Sarah or Mike, they will just tell you if you don't like how they run it to move yourself right out. There is mold in the apartments, windows put in but not sealed correctly, it's really sad. This is the last company that should manage any kind of housing. No management company that is collecting money from good renters should be nasty when you speak to them with valid complaints. They wanted the job but don't want to do anything but collect the bucks.

No after house emergency maintenance wow sitting here trying to help a friend who's furnace when out this weekend she has no heat and nobody to get ahold of till Monday absolutely ridiculous
