        Ordered some "upgraded replacement" needle bearings for a supercharger, the bearings are different depth than the stock bearing so I wanted to confirm the installation depth with them, and they refused to tell me. They also grind the part numbers off the bearings they sell. Shady stuff - STAY AWAY.

        Anyone buy online ? I dont see shipping options, I just order online a week ago, and the package was lost , said delivered but never arrived, email the shop and never answer, neither the phone number , cero communication , I just lost my money , very upset

      You purchased parts. If you needed help, you should have purchased a rebuild service. There is nothing published by the manufacturer to share with you. You purchased parts, not a rebuild service over the phone. We grind part numbers off, because this protect our efforts to remain the best in the industry by not educating our competition. Speaking of ground off part numbers, alot of manufacturers do this. Toyota grinds the Dayco part number off a tensioner that they have produced for a TRD. This person is just butt hurt as they purchased parts, and then expected us to provide phone support to help him rebuild his supercharger over the phone. If you didn't know what you were doing, why order the parts?

      In your shopping cart, enter an address and click update. You will find shipping options of plenty. We use UPS and USPS. There are only a handful of places that we do not ship to in the world.
