      image Nicest experience I have ever had using Kemna Algona Ford Quick Lube. I pulled in, was greeted right away & they got to work. I received top notch service & they were fast & friendly. The manager informed me of recalls on the vehicle and took care of everything. I definitely will go back & highly recommend this service center.!!

      image We drove over an hour only to find the vehicle we had interest in had sold. Dan was so compassionate, understanding and engaging about our needs that we felt very comfortable looking at cars we hadn't considered.
      Dan cared about our experience and not just a sale. This is a rarity these days and shows his decades of experience in the industry. We had a great time chatting with him, and while we don't plan on another new car anytime soon Dan would get first crack at helping us.

      image I thought I would find the solution to why my car's remote start wasn't working. But I left without seeing the expected result. In the end I realized myself that it was a damaged fuse and not because of what they had told me.
