Please see comments below the first paragraph-a bit of a change and worth reading for future reference anyone considering using them. I originally had an issue and the management team responded swiftly and corrected my concern. I was most appreciative of their professionalism and responsiveness. If given the choice, I would work with them in the future. I want to modify this review. My builder was scheduling quotes for a potential issue with a pressure tank. Unbeknownst to me CJ want to charge me just to develop a quote. Then, one of their CS (Cindy)people sent me a threatening email indicating they have been trying to get ahold of me which is categorically not true as Im always available through direct contact or through the builder. She goes on indicating they were going to turn it over to collections!!! There is no verbal or written authorization indicating any fee to put together a quote from them to me.Management has to get control of their organization and processes so as not to surprise a potential customer and threats like this are senseless.

Kody and George came out and diagnosed my problem swiftly and accurately. Then they were there the next morning and installed a completely new system as well as their cleanout procedure and a water analysis in record time. They are a great team working for a great company. Thanks again guys.

These are now my guys... I have had them out twice, for 2 different issues. Each guy that has come out has been outstanding... professional and knowledgeable. They treated me with the utmost respect and although there were quite a few curve balls thrown out at them, for what seemed like a simple well repair, they kept me informed throughout the process and kept the bill down as much as possible while ensuring everything was properly addressed for the long haul. They showed integrity and wisdom, not taking advantage (like I have experienced with a few other well/water works companies that have serviced or given an estimate for my home, saving me thousands compared to other quotes). They didn't leave the job until completion and didn't even take a lunch! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I have to give a shout out to the people that answer phones, too. Great customer service and so down to earth. Thank you.

Thomas—we understand your frustration as a renter of this property. We made efforts to extract a stuck pump that had undergone prior interference by another contractor. Ultimately, we recommended drilling as the next course of action and provided an estimate for the proposed work. However, we have been unable to contact the owner after completing the initial work.
