Ordered large pizza, salad, and cinnamon rolls. I got a call back 1hr later saying they had run out of stuff to make a salad. I didnt receive a refund for the salad, called and spoke to Evan.. I explained what happened give him my order number, I was told he would let his GM know, its been 24 hrs later and I have still not received a call back or my refund??? This happened to me before. I keep giving them another try, the staff is not helpful or friendly, never getting any kind of an apology or a thanks for your order?? They dont know how to handle customers! Very frustrating.

My experience has been extremely awful from past 3 times after the owner was changed. One pizza delivery takes 2 hours for a mile distance. The phone lines are always busy and the staff is rude. I do not recommend it to anyone and I will not return back.
