We built a home on the Peninsula in Waterfront, moving in 1 years ago. The home is beautifully designed and exceptionally well-built. All standard features are upgrades. Visiting drapery installers and other contractors have frequently commented on how straight the walls are and how quality the finish work is. This is due to the highly experienced contractors Paul Shoopman has selected to build his homes, and in follow-up visits they have always proven polite and extremely competent. Paul was remarkably flexible in design modifications, allowing us to create our ideal home. Even after moving in, he has been wonderfully responsive to any requests for assistance. He is our neighbor (as well as the HOA) and we feel privileged to live on his family property. He continually makes upgrades to the neighborhood (paved walking trails, trees in median, vintage street lights, fountains in the lake, etc.) and we believe Waterfront will be a premier destination for home-buyers and home owners into the future.

We are delightedwith our new homebuilt by Paul Shoopman's team. It was our first experience purchasing a custom-built home, but the process went quitesmoothly,and Paul's teamwas promptto respond to questions we had. My family came to visit from out of state, they all complimented our house on its craftsmanship and attention to detail. Theyespecially enjoy relaxing in our backyard in the afternoons and taking in the view of the lake. Priceless.
