We couldn't have been more pleased with our vehicle buying experience with Pearson! The sales service provided by Brandon was excellent from the first prompt email after our initial vehicle inquiry to seeing us out the door to our new vehicle and sales manager Mike also was excellent in our limited interactions. They had everything ready for us the day we got there and were out the door in 90 minutes from arrival, which included a test drive and vehicle walk around. In addition to all of these positive points they were also the most competitively priced on the vehicle we were searching for. The folks at Pearson made an excellent impression and we will definitely consider them first for future vehicle purchases regardless of the 100+ mile trip to get there!

Recently, Pearson Ford's technical team carried out a software recall rectification on my 2023 Mustang GT/CS. The team's ability to provide services at my residential location was greatly appreciated. I was unavailable at the time, however, a confidant was present to offer them access to the garage in order to facilitate the required maintenance. I received positive feedback regarding their expert knowledge and professionalism during the quarter-hour service appointment. I can confidently assert that the technicians at Pearson Ford exceeded expectations. After having driven the car post-service, I detect a noticeable improvement in its performance. My sincere gratitude to Pearson Ford for their prompt and efficient service.

Too bad you can't do 0 stars or even a half. They'll take your vehicle. They'll tell you there going to fix it. They will keep it for an extended period of time and then maybe call you and tell you it's about $1800 to fix it. OK. Fix it. Get it back. Drive it . Breaks down again. Another $4600. Fixed it again. Runs great. But vehicle came back damaged . No one said a word. To be continued.

We had a fabulous experience at Pearson Ford. Our salesperson, Milakyi, was kind and attentive. I typically dread going into dealerships; however, Milakyi and the Pearson team (including Kayleigh-finance, Luke, and others) made the entire experience enjoyable! We highly recommend Pearson as you can tell they are a family owned business that strives to focus on customer service.
