        Terrible time management. We will be changing doctor's offices. Wait on hold 25 mins for an appt. Then wait 1 hr 45 mins to be seen. Dr. Jacob's had decent bedside manner which brought up to 2 stars. Last time we saw her she misdiagnosed. Duncan NP has been nice. Past experiences don't help save the sinking ship.

        I have been seeing Dr Susan Jacob since 2000. She is a great listener and offers data-based approaches to issues we have encountered. She was very supportive of my unmedicated birth plans.

        We absolutely love Dr. Jacob. She has been my 83 year old mothers doctor for 7 years. Dr. Jacob listens and takes time to help with my mothers health concerns. My mother has multiple health issues including some vascular dementia, but Dr. Jacob is patient and treats with love and respect!

        Dr. Jacob delivered both of my children and has taken consistently fantastic care of all of us for nearly 20 years. She is always kind, empathetic, and patiently answers questions and anticipates my concerns. We are very grateful to have such an amazing doctor.
