I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in this company. They BROKE property in my house and installed the Wrong Thermostat. Weeks later NOTHING has been resolved. I WOULD NOT recommend for anything!

I have been a customer for over a decade. With Earl Russell you get big company expertise (they know their stuff, including new high tech HVAC) and small company personal attention. Their prices are competitive, if not the best price. They are honest in their advice. They recommend what is best suited for your needs as opposed to what is the most profitable for them. The will not under sell something that will be problematic and will not oversell more than you need to increase their profits. Within that context they will give you options to best suit your needs and what you can afford. Lastly, little things on the way they install reflect their values and attention to detail. When they run lines and PVC, everything is neat, tidy, and straight. That may not be required for functionality, but it sure looks better and shows that they care about attention to details over speed of completion. Services: A/C services, Installation

When my heat pump stopped cooling a few years back, they were the only one of 4 different companies to actually take my information. They used this to confirm that the unit was still under warranty and would be able to fix the unit without requiring charging for the unit. When I eventually decided to replace/upgrade my entire heat-pump several years later, they were the first and only company I called. They gave me a great quote with multiple options to choose from and even allowed for a combination of a couple of the options. Installation was done professionally and respectfully and has been working great ever since.
