The Reserve at William's Glen

If you want to live in a mediocre apartment, this is it. I've lived here for three months and it's been a frustrating experience. Pros: There is lots of storage through the apartment, it's nicely laid out, the staff are friendly, and maintenance is quick to respond. The complex is also off of a side road so it's fairly quiet. Cons: Everything breaks. In past three months I've had the dishwasher break multiple times, a leak in the gas line for the fireplace, the toilet doesn't flush correctly half of the time because it's two different system jerry-rigged together, and now the AC doesn't work and they won't fix it until an arbitrary date has passed. ALL of the outlets are also extreme loose and if you use any blocks, they will likely fall out. There's nothing amazing about living here, but there also nothing awful if you like getting to know maintenance. For such a nice area, you can likely find something better for the price, but it's not the worst option.

I have lived here for about two years now. And i honestly would give it a 9.5/ 10. This place is very homey very comfortable area. Its very quiet at night. Ive lived alot of rough places and had my share of bad landlords bad properties. I really did not want to move into an apartment when i originally moved here from renting houses. But one day i literally just drove past the property and noticed they have attached garages, that sold me immediately. The leasing staff shelby was so welcoming and so nice. She took the time to get to know me and wasnt just trying to sell me an apartment she should be a realtor she sold me on the whole community. Ever since that moment i felt like home. I almost had to moved after loosing my job and was so devastated due to the price of living here however the whole leasing management team was very understanding and respectful. With having to place a 60 day notice of my moveout ended up giving me the time to find a new job. I was able to pull back my notice and continue living in my apartment and im so happy i can stay here. I would say the price of living here is woth everything 100% it is on the high end but in this day everything is and You dont get the whole Package most places. Here I have a two bedroom with an attached garage. I have tons of space for storage. They have a dog spa where i can take my dogs and give them regular baths. The club house has a 24/7 access workout room and the club house is always so clean and smells fresh im not ever worried about my saftey in this area. Here you get the whole Package. Everyone is so pet friendly i was very hesitant moving my two dogs into an apartment but with the spacious floor plan and the dog park im never worried anymore. Some cons of the property some may find that i have heard over the years is " its too quiet at night" - this property is very tucked away "It gets very dark" - again this property does sit far back next to almost nothing but personally thats not something id complain about One personal con i have is the spiders and bug during the summer. I love keeping my windows open and patio door open to the balcony but being so close to a foresty area that does come with bugs. Overall. I do have to say. This is a great place to live. The community is quiet and kept to themselves and those that arent are incredibly friendly. Also though shelby does not work in the leasing office anymore. Megan and Michelle are both so great and have helped me with so much personally and everything is just like home here.

The parent company is very unprofessional. The staff is not trained and don't know the proper procedures. They charged me for something they did without my prior consent.

I love living at The Reserve at Williams Glen. It is very quiet and peaceful and tucked away from traffic. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating in every way. The maintenance staff is always attentive to the resident's needs and the property is kept manicured and clean. I would highly recommend living here.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The whole office staff was friendly and helpful and did a wonderful job with my move in. After I moved in I had a very minor work order and it was completed in one day. My apartment is beautiful and cozy. I cant say enough good things about this place. If you are looking for a great apartment in Zionsville this is definitely the place to go!
