        Mutual bank was great, the people at this location are great but northwest is the worst bank in the world.

        Worst experience with a bank ever. Only tried them for one month and then closed our account and will never go back. Dealing with them over the phone is as bad as dealing with them in a branch office and even dealing with corporate through a CFPB complaint is no better. Their attitude comes from the top down, obviously and you should keep an eye out for their deceptive practices. UDAAP obviously doesn't mean anything to them.

        Branch on Broadway atm is usually out of order and ytown moves theirs to the place you cant get too it then tears out the drive through?????
