        My daughters Kip bar is missing some of the bolts to it. I sent multiple emails back and forth with their customer service. My mother ordered it and she has unexpectedly passed away and I dont have any of the order information which they asked for. After multiple emails that were getting nowhere- I was just going to buy the parts myself because I was tired of going back and forth with emails and sent multiple pictures to them etc. Disappointed that I now have to pay $10 to ship 3 bolts from Indiana to Ohio. Would have been nice to at least offer a free shipping code if Im paying for the missing parts.
