Papa Johns Pizza

First delivery the driver knocked and handed me my order and left. I realized I was missing a medium pizza and called the store. The manager told me it would be 40 minutes and apologized. I said no problem and thanked her for sending out a replacement. An hour later, I realize they hadnt come yet but the store was closed by this time. I thought it would be strange for them to say they were sending a new pizza and simply not do it, so I checked outside and lo and behold there sat my pizzaliterally FROZEN to the ground because the driver couldnt even give us a courtesy knock upon his second arrival to complete our original order. I NO doubt that it was intentional. We will never be ordering from here again.

The person I talked to on the phone about a mess up with my order was so incredibly rude. I was trying to be kind and explained that we didnt have a lot of pepperoni and it was cooked thin crust but we got stuffed. (Not the biggest deal but its literally their job to make it) and he told me No its not messed up, I made it. Then said have a good day and hung up on me.

Ordered online and 30 minutes after it was supposed to arrive, the tracker said order cancelled. I called and they were decent enough to remake the order. I finally got the order 1.5hrs after intended, and one of the pizzas sent werent what I ordered the other one tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time.

Pam is literally the best! I accidentally ordered a pizza for asap and found out my wife was going to be delayed at work. I called 10 minutes after ordering and it was already done! Pam answered and told me theyd make me a new pizza and it would be ready when my wife was off. How awesome! Thanks guys! P
