The Hamilton County Painting guys did a great job painting our house and making a few woodwork repairs. Great attention to detail and very professional. They were quick to respond to queries and very good at communicating with us. These guys were very easy to work with and I would use their services again.

Hired to paint kitchen cabinets. End result was flawless. As good if not better than a factory finish. Would definitely recommend.

Horrible customer service, poor communication. On Tuesday morning I messaged Justin about getting a quote for interior house painting. He replied promptly and agreed to come to my home the same day at 1pm to see everything and provide an estimate. At the end of his visit he sent me a text of costs I can expect to pay based off all the details. He then said he would email me an invoice with the total paint and labor costs should I decide to move forward. Well, the email never came...but the issue is, when I reached back out to him about emailing the invoice I've yet to get a reply. It's now Friday after 9pm, and I can't get a message back from the same person willing to come straight over to give me an estimate. Ironically I tend to hide the fact that I'm an active duty service member because that is often a reason people charge higher rates...but in this situation, not disclosing this information must have made it appear as if I could not pay his rates. Double edge sword. Long story short, your services are no longer needed.
