By far the worst customer service. Called, got hung up, bc Jessie couldnt explain to me, why she cant set up appointment. If person doesnt have insurance, they wont set up appointment. What if ppl cannot afford insurance? They cant been seen? I do have an insurance, but not at the time when I called, so I asked if I can pls set up an appointment and then they send follow up email with sign in and I will add my insurance then.she says - no, cannot set up appointment without insurance. So by asking questions if ppl dont have insurance - she hung up on me. Worst customer service

Always a good experience. Dr. Usmani is the BEST. I sometimes had a longer wait time for my post-op visits but I know it's because Dr. Usmani did not rush his other patients just like he never rushed me. I felt heard and validated in every aspect of my diagnosis/surgery/recovery. Definitely my best experience with a Dr.

Absolutely they worst staff on earth! Especially in medical records! Rude kept interrupting me and nasty attitude very non helpful. They wanted me to drive over an hour and a half to pickup a piece of paper. The would fax it but 99.99% of people don't have faxes in their home. I recommend that no one get treated for anything there if you need reports or information for another doctor, school or personal. They can't do encrypted email because they are to cheap to invest into the technology. But claims to be a modern facility.

I have been taking my 87 yr old Mother to Orthoindy Westfield for couple months. They treated her with respect, very professional, class act. Big shout out to Aspen our PT she was so patient and so very kind to both my Mom and myself. Above all else my Mom is feeling so much better!! Thank you OrthoIndy Westfield We appreciate you!!
