Horrible experience from this daycare. My daughter was injured and they didn't even inform me about it. When I demanded an explanation, there were so cool and answered me that they had no idea how the injury occurred, which is both absurd and deeply concerning. I requested a video footage of the incident and they said it is confidential.
As if the physical and emotional distress weren't enough, I had to deal with the issue of tuition payments. Since my daughter was no longer attending the daycare due to the injury, I thought it was only reasonable to request a halt in tuition payments. The staff over there said that accounting team would contact me and refund my money. After 3weeks,a guy from the accounting team told me that they couldn't stop my payment.
So not only did they injure my child, but they also expecting me to keep paying out money for services we're not even using. I never expected this kind of treatment from a reputed daycare.
I strongly recommend that all parents have open conversations with their children and be extra careful. It's essential to thoroughly check your kids when they return from daycare.
