DO NOT SIGN WITH FRATELLO - My son lived here for three years and it was ok - then we moved out. We cleaned the apartment to the point that it was cleaner than it was before we moved in (I know everyone says that but it really was). After all that work, they charge us $180 to clean the walls. Clean the walls! We sent them a video of the apartment completely cleaned out and cleaned up asking them to tell us where the walls were dirty and to reconsider (or see if it happened to be a different apartment and they mistakenly charged us). It's been weeks now and it is crickets. I guess now that we are out of the apartment and we have no real recourse, they are just going to take advantage. That's what bothers me most; it's not the money (although of course, I would like that back), it's taking advantage just because you can!! BEWARE

I lived here for a year and it was one of the best apartments I've live in during my years at Purdue. Brandy, John, and Jim are the absolute best and they will do everything they can to take care of any problems you have. The response time for maintenance issues are immediate despite it being an emergency or not. The location is unbeatable and the apartment itself is the perfect size and quality.

The building was garbage and management left the apartment unlocked when maintenance came in. They then proceeded to lie about this until we caught them lying. Their response at that point was okay fine, youre right not even an apology. Garbage properties run by garage people.

Fratello Properties are one of the best property mangement office in WL. Brandy is real kind and helpful. When I call the maintanence, he shows up within an hour. They maintenance things regulary so that all the things are in pretty good shape. I recommend this place.
