        The staff is amazing and very helpful. I put in a maintenance request and it was completed immediately they were so fast and efficient. I just love it here at the fairway.

        The stomping noise from the neighbor upstairs is driving me crazy. It's not just a sound; it's a vibration that shakes the room, causing me to wake up several times after midnight. I even bought low-frequency earplugs, but the noise is beyond what they can block out. I've reported it to the office several times. Although the staff there are nice, they either cannot or do not resolve this problem. They simply say there's no solution. I should have listened to my friend's advice, who moved out because of the same issue. If you value your quality sleep, this is definitely not the apartment you want.
