RISE on Chauncey

Great place to live! If I were not graduating this spring, I would renew for a fourth year. Management is great and staff is very welcoming. Would recommend building to others coming to Purdue looking for off campus housing.

This place is amazing. Absolutely some of the best amenities you could ask for. Not only is it the tallest building in the city but it has a pool and hot tub on the roof. The views are so beautiful. The room I was in looked perfect when I moved in and never had a single issue. I absolutely love it here and will be resign my lease for another year. The staff is super happy when you see them and extremely helpful and professional. Maintenance staff is super fast and know what they are doing.

The fitness center is well-equipped, and the pool area provides a relaxing escape. Additionally, the common areas are beautifully landscaped, creating a pleasant environment for residents.
