Cheswick Village

I lived here for over a year and I have to say this was the best rental experience Ive ever had hands down. Natalie makes you feel like youre being welcomed into a community that is safe, clean, and enjoyable. Shes the best! Ive never felt unsafe, scammed or let down while living here. If youre considering living here and want the best rental management experience this is literally the place to be. 10/10 on every aspect

I was tired looking for the apartments and kept calling and left voicemail to almost all leasing company. None responded but Cheswick. Natalie is a easy going person to work with and helped me a lot during my application. I found the process very easy. Will be moving to Cheswick next month. I am already impressed by their willingness to help. This five stars is foe Natalie only. She is the only one I am in contact with.

The property manager and maintenance team are extremely capable, organized, and responsive. Having lived in 4 other apartment communities in West Lafayette over the course of grad school, we can definitively say this one was the best weve rented in. The apartments are clean and well maintained, the neighborhood is quiet, and the other residents are very friendly. Natalie made the whole process from touring, to signing a lease, and then eventually moving out very easy. It felt like the team knew who we were and genuinely cared about our living experience there.

I have great memories living here, all thanks to Rich. Rich is in charge of the maintenance, a lot of things, he is very professional, he knows the best. Without him, I would not have given 5 stars.

If I could give more stars I would!! We've lived here for a few months and couldn't be happier! Natalie (the awesome office lady) is AMAZING!!! I needed help jumping my car, and I called her to see if the maintenance guy could come help me. She said that they weren't on the property yet (it was around 8:30 a.m.), but that she would come over and help me. She came right over and showed me how to do it. Ian (THE Mr. Fix It) is FANTASTIC!!! Any time I've needed anything fixed, he's been right over! He's also been the wasp terminator! I love the fact that any time I've needed anything done, they both have gone above and beyond their job titles to help! Sometimes it's the small things that make a place not just an apartment, but a home! Thank you so much Natalie and Ian!
