        I enjoy living here. It's a nice,safe and affordable place for me and my children. The manager has been very helpful and understanding as well. Plan on being here awhile.

        The matainace people are criminals. They brake into the apartments. They harass tenants, lie, and steal. They are drug addicts. Fire them and hire all new people. Complete backround checks on them. The women whom live here act like a gang. They smoke and sell meth out of their apartments. Do not attempt to live here. They only use their positions to ruin people.

      Hi Bob, all employees are required to pass a background check before they are hired. We have recently hired two new maintenance techs. We encourage all tenants to report all possible criminal activity to the local law enforcement. We continually monitor our communities for suspicious activity and work closely with local law enforcement to provide a safe community.
