Woodforest National Bank

The employees at this branch are very unhelpful, and rude. I'm seriously considering changing banks completely due to this. Several times now, I have had to go back and deal with them because they "deposited my check incorrectly" so they just removed it. It is very difficult to pay my bills on time when I cannot depend on my bank!

Really bad customer service those two ladies over. There are so racist and lazy. They discriminate the people I went with my friend today we ask for a stamen. She said she cannot do it at the branch that we had to call customer service. Thats stupid good deal with Coke. Customer service customer service order heard that she had to do it then she do it, but its not fair. Im totally disappointed.

Stopped by yesterday to deposit money into my account. It was 12 minutes until closing time, so I understand they were probably ready to leave, but as I walked up to the counter the two employees looked at me and then walked into the back room and shut the door and never came back out. Extremely rude.

William went above and beyond the normal customer service needs. He was the only person there due to everyone in all of the banks being out with Covid.
