Ordered glasses and they were the wrong lenses tryed taking them back with no luck they wont fix them trash! Do not go here go to Walmart this place is a joke !!!!!

Horrible customer service. Wouldnt let me schedule an appointment while standing at the counter, wouldnt answer questions about glasses and contacts. Manager and doctor were standing right there and wouldnt help.

The worst company ever. It turns out that they are not part of Meijer. They are in fact tarnishing the Meijer repute. I got my eye exam done. It has been three months they were not able to send my prescription. The girl gave me incorrect contact lenses, when I turned to return lenses as told, the other lady said no need. Loretta was not helpful at all. No one can ever reach them as the phone is always "out of order". The store manager also can't help, but just so you know they are not Meijer Optical. Contacts were not given with right prescription to me, my prescription was never sent to me as promised by Loretta. I'd advise no one to go, and purchase from this "unknown" optical in Warsaw. By all means, Walmart is a better choice. I lost around $200 and didn't get the prescription. The customer service numbers are all stale, no one can help!! Got in contact with a person who said to send contacts, we will refund the (incorrect) lens fee; I have sent it in with their posted envelope, but no refund cheque is given to-date. Secondly, she said she will refund the eye exam fee, as no one from the store ever called for a second follow-up call. Why, because the phone is always "out of order". The doctor will not give me the presciption now. I was charged over $50 for the eye exam. Nothing is done. Fake optical!!

Ok, so zero stars for the techs in the Lapeer MI store. 5s for the optometrist-professional, kind, thorough.But, 10 s, a bag of chips AND unicorn rainbows to Demree Abalos from the Optical Management Team. She called from an Ann Arbor area code. She cleared some very fuzzy details up. I trust she will follow up with the store on the policy for providing a patient with their P.D. I am quite confident that I will receive the info I requested by snailmail if emailng did not work.Honestly though, it is her Customer Service, attitude and heart that bring me to write this review. She is a very special person and a worthwhile employee-I hope that her employers will recognize her for the work she does and applaud her tenacity!
