We were taken to our seats by the host who then brought us our drinks and said a server would be with us shortly to take our order. No one came to take our order or even check on us. We ended up just walking out and no one even said anything to us on the way out either. I have already filled out the form on their website as well. Considering this was our first time there, we will probably not go there again.

Good place to eat late in the evening. When it comes to food, the name says it all. Lots of screens with sports broadcasts

I placed an order on the app at 3 PM with a pick up time at 5:10 PM. I thought this would give them plenty of time to have hot food where I needed to be at 5:20 PM. My order was not ready until 5:35 PM even though there were about three patrons in the entire restaurant. Not a single apology for the delay

Waited at the door 15 minutes. Place was not busy at all. Overstaffed , employees continued to walk right past us.
Food was served cold. Ordered 12 wings , buffallo chicken tots. And a kids meal. Not good at all
We then had to wait nearly 30 minutes after eating to get a check. Which we never got finally went up to the register. The place was dead. No reason or excuse for the bad food or service.
