I had a somewhat complex issue with my Audi, along with many maintenance issues to PM. John, Zeb and the entire crew there were extremely knowledgeable, skilled, honest and communicative with me. Audis are not fun or easy to work on. Many shops dont even touch them. I expected my car to have SOME minor issues when I got it back, but its been 4 months and still running flawlessly due to these guys being so thorough and competent. I cant say enough about them. Theyre so reasonably priced and most likely do better work than any stealership. Ive always been a DIYer but some things are too big, or time consuming or lacking in tools. I wouldnt blink an eye going back to them for something I dont want, or cant, deal with. They are worth every penny.

Im been going to East Side Auto for two years now. Zeb is fantastic to work with over there and explains everything so you understand whats going on with your car. I would highly recommend to give them a call for your next car appointment.

Thought I had an alignment issue and they got me in a few days later. Checked alignment and found a small misalignment, fixed it and was very reasonable in cost. Would definitley recommend
