I would have given a zero star if I could. This is my first google review because I wanted to share my experience living here. This is the worst apartment have ever lived. Firstly, the internet is too slow. You cant even scroll any page. When I complained the staff told me to get a booster and I got a booster for $60 but it was still the same. 2)You can also listen to your neighbors talking and also what they are exactly talking. 3)Due to COVID-19 situation I got laid off and because of visa restriction I have to leave the country. I just requested the apartment to cancel my lease because I didnt had money to pay the rent and just waive off my termination fee. But for them its business. After paying a big amount I am so broke right now. I was really hoping to get the deposit money back but just to add more misery these guys sent a bill again saying that I have to pay for painting, cleaning carpets and pay for damaged sprinklers. The house was in good condition and I had already complained about the carpets before moving in. So now I wont get my deposit money and I have to pay extra. I had to ask money from my parents because they sent me a letter stating that I have to pay the money or they would sent it to the collections. I am writing this on behalf of few of my friends who got laid off and are in my situation but safely reached back to their country. Some of the people who gave good reviews here are apartment staff.

I serve as the housing coordinator for a local not-for-profit organization that houses 50+ out-of-town-employees for the 3 summer months. In over 10 years with this task, I feel this management team, namely Mistie, deserves huge applause. She is professional, kind, informative, and always flexible with our unique needs. We rented from Mistie while she was at Lakeland Villas and was eager to rent from her again. Our organization has rented from numerous complexes and always hope to have the opportunity to rent wherever Mistie is. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience yet again.
