I paid my bill on the way out the door, almost a month later they send me the same bill expecting me to pay again.

We are sorry that you received a bill from our office even though you had made payment. On July 1 the Family Health Center merged with former Samaritan Center and a new billing system had to be created. We knew there would be issues and we are sorry that this has happened to you. If you could please contact our billing office and let them know it happened to you it would help us fix the issues with our billing system. The billing office is open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm and can be reached by calling 812.494.9500. We are truly sorry that this happened to you and hope that you accept our sincere apology. We value you as our patient and your feedback will help us improve our systems.

Dr. Bodensteiner is one of the best family doctors I've ever had! She listens without judging and makes you feel like she really cares about you!! Its so easy to schedule appointments and she takes her time and has never once made me feel rushed!! I love her! 10/10 highly recommend!!
