        The food we got was great as usual but folks were really swamped and so some items didnt get entered into the order. Not the fault of the staff - it was a hectic day. Very clean interior, thank you for keeping it well maintained!

        Haley B. needs to learn better customer service and interaction skills. She didn't bother to greet us so we just had to awkwardly start ordering. I asked if the fries were fresh and she said "they should be". They weren't, and never are. Didn't say thank you or tell us our food would be out shortly, just walked away. Brought our ice cream without a word, so i said thank you have a good day and was ignored. On the way out I said have a good day once more, and her and a female manager just looked at me. You work customer service, these interactions are the bare minimum you can do to make a customer feel appreciated. What a snobby attitude for someone in that position.
