        Every time I leave their store, I leave feeling like Im being dismissed because Im not a high dollar customer. Ive had noting but terrible experiences with our MB wedding band. Bought a wedding ring from MB a few years ago and a diamond fell out. Returned to MB and they kept commenting on how much wear was on the ring. (Wife works at her desk from home, and cleans the ring regularly). They repaired the diamond, but another fell out about a week later. Returned again, they offered to rebuild the ring. This was three months ago. I just returned to the store and after threatening to take my business elsewhere they suddenly found the ring and said they would have it shipped immediately. Implying the ring has just been sitting somewhere in LA for 3 months. I really get the impression their customer service is directly related to the money being exchanged and the amount the customer is willing to part with. If they dont consider you a big spender you are not a priority.
