Trash company left me at my appointment for 4 and half hours and kept telling me they were going to be there in 45 mins and the. Another 30 mins then the driver who took me was speeding . Never using this company again

To be completely honest this company does not care about you getting home. they care more about getting to your appointments. They overwork their good employees and let several employees get away with unprofessional things. they still have a driver on the roster named Benny that has crashed multiple vehicles, which ultimately made clients go to the hospital, and one client needs back surgery. another driver named Jorge who has made several sexual and explicit comments to clients that makes them uncomfortable. Including offering to do their toes and invitations to his house. He also covers up the camera in his van with his phone, which the owner has told him to stop doing over our radio. They will lie and say theyre on the way to get you. stating that they are 30 minutes away knowing that you wont get picked up for another two hours. This company is a complete force and beyond unprofessional if I could give negative stars that wouldnt be enough to describe Safe Sail.

The driver of this company allowed me and my wife to be attack in there van and did not try to stop it. Also the owner of the company never even reported the incident and tried to put the person who attacked us back in the vehicle 2x times... Ya he really cares about his customers. And all this is on camera. He also has another driver named Robert who drives off the road constantly cause he falls asleep. I promise people this is all on camera, do not ride with them they are not a good company!!!! Do not put you kids in the car with the driver Robert he drives off the road all the time, he keeps his window down (it's winter) to keep himself awake and he freezes us to death with that window down and he said he has to have it down.... It's an hour trip one way, that was rude and disrespectful cause we asked nicely.. The owner will lie right to your face , Mark- the owner.......

There is a black guy driving on 49 today he was cutting people off speeding. Very reckless next time I see this he will get pulled out the window.
