DO NOT USE THEM!! They didn't file the taxes in April on time and didn't tell me. I called a week later and found out. They said my files were locked in an office that was closed and they couldn't get to them. This went on for 3-4 weeks. Then I found out they were in another office that was open, but nobody was working on it. After they filed them (late) I got a penalty letter from the state. I took that in for them to file because they were supposed to pay the penalty. They said they would do it the same day and call me. Never happened. Two weeks later I tried to follow up, and nobody answers the phone again. How a national chain can get away with such horrendous service, I'll never understand. And I know I'm not the only one that went through this. I listened to many others in the office with the same problems. STAY AWAY!!
